An immersive native plant garden with handmade details, Perennial Harbor is a space where people and nature connect.  From the creators of Blossom Bay and Foxhound Flowers comes a garden-oasis event space and flower-loving watering hole offering floral workshops, live music, plant education, natural wines, community events, and beyond! Available for private rentals and open to the public one weekend a month, Perennial is for the plant curious and hardcore petalheads alike.

As destination floral designers, the Blossom Bay team was rarely working in our hometown of Wilmington. The seeds of Perennial were sown by a shared vision of creating a space where we can connect with nature and community. By cultivating a green space in downtown Wilmington with native flora, we are creating a habitat that’s beneficial to local ecosystems, and planting ourselves deeper in our beloved neighborhood. A space to gather, a place to learn, a trace of childlike wonder in an outdoor harbor.
